Writer’s block.
102 days later, I’m speechless.
This is temporary, though building for a while.
To pass the time, I decided to read my first 30 days of posts. Here are a few that I think are memorable:
Day 5, when I realized that I wasn’t eating my stress at work (and I still thought it would all be over in a month! HA!)
Reflecting on the Whole9 (9 dimensions of health)–I really should do this reflection again
Discovering I was growing into having a guilt free relationship with food 13 days in
Thinking about the “brute strength” it took to get to 15 days on Day 19
Celebrating wearing a 10-year old pair of pants on Day 22
Using the Top 10 paleo/whole30 foods on Day 27
Examining addiction on Day 28
And this was just the first 30 days.
What I realized is how important it is to go back and read my earlier posts for encouragement, reevaluation, reflection, recipes, and more. I am proud by the growth I can see and reminded that I need to challenge myself everyday so that this growth will continue.
But right now, I need to go to bed.
